Luis Enrique Nieto Description: Male / Hispanic / 35

In the early morning hours of May 7th, 2000 neighbors reported hearing sounds of people fighting coming from Mr. Nieto’s apartment, located in the 3400 block of Lexington Ave., El Monte.  Family members arrived a short time later and found Mr. Nieto stabbed to death.  His car had been stolen and was later recovered in a neighboring city.
