Jose Luis Valdovinos  Male Hispanic / Mid to Late 30’s 5’-10” / 150 – 175 lbs. Aka’s: “Luis” / Luis Cevilla Rosas HOMICIDE Victim 1: Victor Juan Padilla  MH / 21 Victim 2 / Suspect:  Roberto Enriquez Rivera  MH / 20 Aka:  Cecilio Jacobo Castillo / Jose Cedillo-Martinez,  Braulio Ibarra Ceballos

On May 25, 2000 the above described people were engaged in a narcotics transaction in the City of El Monte.  An argument ensued which escalated into gun fire being exchanged, resulting in the deaths of Victor Padilla and Roberto Rivera.

Jose Valdovinos, who sometimes uses the name “Luis”, was recently identified as being a person seen fleeing the scene.  Investigators are trying to locate him to interview him about the shooting.
